The Opportunity: As a Marketing Associate at Greenleaf Foods, you'll be on the frontlines of executing our strategies and will work alongside a talented team to drive growth and shape the future of the plant-based food industry. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. The responsibilities will be defined by the Brand Director and will include supporting the marketing function while working cross-functionally in the planningandimplementationof initiatives that drive business growth. Showing the ability to derive insights from data to tell a compelling business case will lead to increased exposure and responsibility across both communication and innovation activities.
A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will do: Business Management:
Analyze in-market performance of the category, our brands, and our competitors to provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
Execute ad hoc analytics that support key initiatives and projects; provide analysis and recommendations around project feasibility.
Prepare and present monthly business reviews to key cross functional stakeholders and Leadership
Lead projects in partnership with cross functional team including packaging, portfolio optimization, innovation and renovation
Innovation:
Build sell stories to support new product launches and existing portfolio expansion
Lead projects that will support brand innovation pipeline
Support innovation team in key initiatives to bring innovation pipeline to life
Brand communication:
Support the execution of marketing plans including social media, influencer campaigns and shopper marketing programs
Lead competitive analysis and build action plans on current and projected trends in the plant-based market.
Execute elements of the marketing plan including price promotions, in-store creative, etc.

Qualifications and Experience
BS/BA in Marketing/Business or related field
1-4 years Brand Marketing experience (strong preference for Consumer Goods (CPG) experience)
Experience leveraging data and trends to generate insights to understand consumer behavior
Experience working with syndicated data sources such as SPINS, IRI, Nielsen
Passion for identifying consumer insights and transforming insights into significant product and marketing innovation
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
