The Opportunity:

This position will:
Be responsible for the production of products in compliance with food safety standards
Set-up and run production equipment in the manufacturing process
A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will do:
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices following all sanitation and process procedures and guidelines and reference SOP’s where applicable
Learn to safely operate various machines with the food manufacturing process
Read and understand production schedules
Record information on standard production forms
Set up, inspect and use equipment according to proper procedure
Perform minor adjustments to equipment as needed
Cross-train and work in other departments as necessary
Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:
Ideally at least 1-year manufacturing experience, preferably in food industry
Must have flexibility to work overtime including weekends
Ability to work in wet or humid conditions regularly
Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, bend and lift up to 30 pounds, unassisted
Experience with or ability to learn power industrial equipment
