The Opportunity:
Join a dynamic company that is shaping the future of plant-based foods.  In your role as Corporate HR Manager, you will be a steward of our values-based culture and trusted business partner.   You will manage all aspects of human resources for our corporate office, innovation center, and sales organizations.  You will work in partnership with functional experts in total rewards, talent acquisition, and leadership development to deliver HR services and strategies. Key focus areas are employee engagement, performance management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.   
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years progressive Human Resource Generalist experience
  • Demonstrated ability to positively influence others, particularly people development and coaching
  • Strong bias for action and the ability to drive impactful results
  • Excellent planning, project management, and organizational skills; possess the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
