The Human Resources Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring our HR team is operating efficiently. You will work collaboratively with the HR Generalist and VP of HR to help drive business outcomes and foster strong employee engagement. You will provide HR coordinator support to address employee inquires in a timely fashion, provide documentation and system support for people changes, and assist with the planning and execution of various processes and projects. This role will provide you with exposure to many facets of Human Resources and allow you to grow your skillset.
Provide day-to-day operation support to the HR team
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence; performance and talent management; recognition, health and safety; and training and development.
Facilitate the full employee life cycle from pre-onboarding to termination
Initiate the new hire process post offer acceptance to start date, including IT requests, HR paperwork (I-9 documentation), new hire orientation, etc.
Ensure people movements (new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers etc.) are accurately executed in the HRIS system (SAP)
Generate reports from the HRIS system (SAP) on a monthly basis and as required
Manage day to day new hire and employee inquires
Audit and maintain internal HR systems, processes and personnel files to ensure data integrity and compliance
Support US and Canada visa application process for employees and new hires
Maintain and update organizational charts
Support systems activities related to the Human Resources Management System (SAP), payroll (ADP), benefits (Navigator), and training (AleraHR).
Assist HR leadership with coordination of employee events and additional projects as required.
1+ years of Human Resources related experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong organization skills with careful attention to detail
Work autonomously and collaborate with team in dynamic fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfort working with staff at all levels
Demonstrates initiative, follow-through, teamwork and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with SAP or other large-scale HR systems is a plus
