We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for this role (to be paid out over the course of 90 days).

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Be a part of a new team in a landfill free, plant-based protein manufacturing facility on the east side of Indianapolis.   

The Opportunity:
  • Operate Scissor Lifts, Hi-lo, Pallet Jacks and Forklifts in a safe manner and understand all operating procedures.
  • Assist with daily delivery, order fulfillment, packaging, receiving and shipment of materials and goods.
  • Ensure accuracy of packing products and scan bar codes within SAP.  

A snapshot of some of the exciting things you will do:
  • Follow pick list and RF scanners.
  • Receive and verify quality and count of goods unloaded; reporting any discrepancies.
  • Build orders, verify and record product and lot codes and check for proper quantities, prior to loading.
  • Record total cases per pallet on destination tags and pick list.
  • Check open purchase order report, ensure incoming goods match purchase order and quantity.
  • Place received goods in inventory, complete inventory count and log items electronically.
  • Complete all required paperwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Radio Frequency Equipment/Radios.
  • Prior warehouse experience with forklifts and pallet jacks and knowledge of safety protocols, preferred.
  • Intermediate computer and data entry skills.
  • Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. unassisted.  
  • Prior warehouse experience with forklifts and pallet jacks, preferred.
  • Prior SAP experience, preferred.
